Bronson brings a practical-focused approach to fire engineering, with experience working on site and in the office. After over 10 years working across complex projects and helping projects succeed, he saw a clear need for a responsive service that delivers practical and simple solutions that will last.

He’s known for simplifying complex problems into clear, actionable strategies— helping project teams move forward with confidence. Whether he’s providing early stage concept advice, providing Performance Solutions, or reviewing an existing building, Bronson’s goal is always the same: understand the problem and provide a clear and practical solution.

Clients appreciate his calm, collaborative style and his ability to give clarity to complex problems. For Bronson, good fire engineering isn’t just about achieving compliance now — it’s about providing a lasting solution that is suitable for the project.

Bronson has particular expertise in Electric Vehicle (EV) fires in buildings, founded on his Master’s thesis (Modelling Battery Electric Vehicle Fires in Structures, 2023 UQ) and countless real world fire hazard assessments for EVs in new and existing buildings.

Bronson is based in Newcastle and is passionate about providing local service for local projects. He also serves Sydney and the entire NSW region.

Dionne is a high achiever driven by a passion for smart, practical fire‑engineering solutions that genuinely support project outcomes. With a strong technical background and a reputation for clear communication, she helps clients understand exactly what needs to happen and why — without the jargon.

Her experience spans over 10 years and previously led the NSW Fire Safety Team at a leading multi-discipline building services consultancy. Dionne has a knack for cutting through the noise and identifying the simplest path toward efficient solution, even on the biggest projects.

Clients value her attention to detail, technical prowess, and composed nature, giving confidence to clients in the face of the most complex problems. Dionne believes that the best solutions first require properly understanding the problem.

Dionne is based in Sydney and has built strong connections within the industry.
